We are using these numbers to size each Heavy Hitters room before RSVPs open. Knowing how many operators sit at each revenue level tells us how many seats to hold, which rooms need a second session, and who we need to line up to lead them.
An operator running two trucks does not need a lecture from an operator running forty. The gap is too wide. The advice stops being useful somewhere around “hire a general manager,” and the guy sitting there with two trucks and no payroll has nothing he can do with it on Monday.
What he needs is the operator who was running two trucks last year and is running eight now. That person still remembers the exact decision that unlocked it. They remember what it cost, what broke, and what they would skip if they did it again. That is the conversation worth flying to Texas for.
