By purchasing a ticket, registering as a sponsor or exhibitor, visiting our website, or attending the Dumpster Expo 2026 (“Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket or attend the Event.
The Event is organized by American AF Dumpsters, LLC (“Organizer”), located at PO Box 2504, Red Oak, TX 75154. The Dumpster Expo 2026 is scheduled for September 25-26, 2026 (with a Pre-Expo Mixer on September 24, 2026) at Texas Motor Speedway, Fort Worth, TX.
All ticket sales are processed through Eventbrite. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Eventbrite’s terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Ticket tiers and access levels:
Ticket prices are subject to change. Green Flag (early bird), Yellow Flag, and Checkered Flag pricing tiers reflect increasing prices as the Event approaches. Once a pricing tier ends, previous pricing is no longer available.
Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of any ticket holder at the Event.
All ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of event planning and the limited capacity of the Event, refunds are generally not available.
In exceptional circumstances, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future Dumpster Expo event. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 60 days prior to the Event.
If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer (other than due to force majeure), ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Dumpster Expo, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance.
These risks include but are not limited to:
The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death that may occur before, during, or after the Event. Attendees are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal property at all times.
The NASCAR Ride Experience is an optional add-on available to ticket holders and is included free for Winner’s Circle ticket holders. Participation involves riding in or driving a NASCAR stock car at speeds exceeding 150 MPH on the Texas Motor Speedway track.
Participation in the NASCAR Ride Experience involves extreme risk, including risk of serious injury or death. All participants will be required to sign a separate waiver and release of liability prior to participation. Participants must meet all safety and eligibility requirements as determined by the ride experience operator.
The Organizer is not the operator of the NASCAR Ride Experience and assumes no liability for any injury, illness, or damage arising from participation. The ride experience is operated by a third-party provider subject to their own terms, conditions, and safety protocols.
The Dumpster Expo is a professional industry event. All attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.
The following are prohibited:
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event for violation of this Code of Conduct without refund.
Consent to be photographed and recorded: By attending the Dumpster Expo, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These recordings may be used by the Organizer for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across all media channels, in perpetuity, without compensation.
Personal use: Attendees are welcome and encouraged to take personal photos, selfies, and short social media videos. We love seeing you share your experience. Tag us.
Commercial filming restrictions: Professional or commercial filming, including but not limited to b-roll capture, documentary-style recording, professional video production, or any filming intended for commercial distribution, requires prior written authorization from the Organizer. Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the Event.
Prohibited use of event footage: No attendee, sponsor, exhibitor, or third party may capture, produce, or distribute broad event footage, including but not limited to crowd shots, stage presentations, general floor footage, or event ambiance recordings, for the purpose of promoting any competing event, conference, expo, or gathering. Any content captured at the Event must accurately represent the Dumpster Expo and shall not be used in any way that implies affiliation with, endorsement of, or association with any other event.
Enforcement: Violation of this media policy may result in immediate removal from the Event, confiscation of recording equipment or footage, forfeiture of all fees paid, and the Organizer reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.
The Dumpster Expo offers a Press Pass for individuals or organizations that wish to bring professional film crews, production teams, or media operations to the Event. The Press Pass grants authorized commercial filming access within the Event.
Press Pass Pricing:
1-Day Press Pass: $10,000
2-Day Press Pass: $16,000
Application required: Press Passes are not available for open purchase. All Press Pass requests must be submitted in writing to the Organizer at least 30 days prior to the Event and are subject to review and approval at the Organizer’s sole discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to deny any Press Pass application for any reason, including but not limited to affiliation with a competing event.
What the Press Pass includes:
Usage restrictions: All footage captured under a Press Pass must be used for editorial coverage or promotion of the Dumpster Expo. Footage may not be used to promote, market, or advertise any competing event, conference, expo, or gathering. Any use of Press Pass footage to misrepresent, imply false affiliation, or promote a competing event is a material breach of the Press Pass agreement and will result in the Organizer pursuing all available legal remedies.
Without a Press Pass: Any attendee, sponsor, or exhibitor found conducting professional or commercial filming operations without an approved Press Pass will be asked to stop immediately. Continued violation will result in removal from the Event, forfeiture of all fees paid, and potential legal action.
